Build on your basics with a practical home décor project. In this class, you’ll learn how to sew neat hems, refine your seam finishes, and work with corners. You’ll also discover how to create buttonholes on a sewing machine and sew buttons that align perfectly. By the end of class, you’ll have sewn an envelope-style pillow cover with a button closure.

You’ll learn to install a basic zipper using a zipper foot and create a lined zippered pouch—perfect for notions, cosmetics, or pencils.
