Sewing Workshop: Quilted Holiday Stocking

Kick off the holiday season with a cozy, hands-on sewing project!

In this morning workshop, you will stitch a beautiful, lined quilted holiday stocking—perfect for gifting or hanging by your own chimney with Mackenzie from @thewebsterstudio. We provide the pattern and all materials, including seasonal fabrics, batting, thread, and lining.

Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate (must know basic operation of your sewing machine)

What to Bring:

• Your working sewing machine (with power cord and foot pedal) - We have a couple of sewing machines for rent if you need one.
• Sewing machine manual Standard presser foot – also bring a walking foot and gathering foot, if you have them for your machine.
• Extra bobbins and a fresh universal needle (size 80/12 or 90/14 recommended)
  

Skills Learned:

1. Quilting parallel lines and squared patterns
2. Create ruffle & attach to your stocking
3. Sewing a lining
